《sonnet 106》流逝的時光裡，詩人看見最美的文字，時間的長流裡，無數的詩歌讚頌著美的存在，猶如少年的美，像是早就被預告將會存在於世界上一般，被世人紀錄下來，成為神諭。

《sonnet 107》即使死亡靠近，即使陰晴圓缺，詩人都無所畏懼。詩人的作品裡，少年將會尋覓到自己的紀念碑，屆時君王的盔甲與陵墓也都早被時間給抹上的歲月的痕跡，表明詩人的愛比物質世界更穩固。
