《sonnet 126》這是莎翁歌頌少年的最後一首詩。在詩人的筆下，少年的存在，足以掌握時間的鐮刀，並與之抗衡，意味著少年具備無與倫比的美，詩人作品裡的少年，將永恆活在詩人心中，永恆活在作品裡。少年在歲月中成長，卻也能同時掌握歲月的造化。若少年遭歲月不公平對待，到了歲月的盡頭，依然要將時光償還予少年。

《sonnet 127》這是莎翁書寫Dark Lady的第一首詩，亦表達詩人的審美觀與主流審美的差異。過去黑色並不能代表美，如今黑色卻能引領美；美不需要名聲，亦不需以巧手裝飾，只需表現出自己的特色，美就能自然流露。
